Taking company cars abroad

When travelling abroad, a car needs a number of documents in order to cross national boundaries. Here is a list of everything needed.

You always need the technical section of the registration certificate with you when you travel outside Finnish borders. If you have been registered as the co-holder of your vehicle, you can acquire a registration certificate from Traficom's online services through this link or from any inspection station.

Together with the export permit we will deliver a letter of attorney for acquiring the technical section of the registration from inspection station. We will collect a charge for an export licence according to our service price list.
