ALD Automotive provides its customers a vehicle procurement enhancing service – electronic signature. The electronic signature procedure enables swift and confidential management of contract documents. Subscribing to the service is easy for our customers. Implementing the service allows our customers to receive and sign their leasing contracts electronically.

Ease of signature

Waiting for signed documents and resulting possible delays in service delivery will be bygone. Signing documents is not bound to time or place anymore. 

Legal validity and cost efficiency

The service automatically checks fundamental factors regarding a signature that could be mismanaged or which would otherwise take time and incur costs.

Less paper

Contract documents can be managed entirely electronically. If wanted, contractual parties will not have to print out any paper documents in the process. Less paper and less archiving.

How is the service produced?

ALD Automotive provides the electronic signature service in cooperation with Signom Oy. Signom identifies the signatory with the TUPAS strong identification method, assures the jurisdiction via authority register and confirms document integrity.
