My ALD offers all of the tools you need to take care of your car in electronic systems. My ALD portal serves both business managers and company car users. Through My ALD portal, you can take care of everything, from car orders to maintenance and, finally, to returning your car. My ALD is also available as a mobile app.

My ALD is the most comprehensive fleet reporting and management tool available in the market. My ALD offers separate views for motorists and decision-makers.

For drivers

The service provides necessary information about vehicles and the services ALD Automotive offers for users. The driver's view displays your vehicle's order or agreement information, any fuel purchases, service history, maintenance-related sections and car configurator. Using the car configurator, motorists can search for cars suitable for their car policy, equip and compare them, and send company car procurement proposals directly to ALD Automotive. Final vehicle orders are always approved by the person responsible for orders. Through the system, motorists are able to order free-of-charge pick-up services, new fuel cards or export licences.

For fleet managers

My ALD offers a separate reporting tool, a fleet management tool and, upon separate agreement, a real-time leasing cost calculator. Information about the entire fleet is available for viewing and management through the service. The information is visualised in general built-in reporting templates along with diagrams, and the desired information is easy to export into an Excel worksheet. Decision-makers are able to automatically handle vehicle-related documents in the system and define distribution lists for documents for downloading.
