Being an ALD Automotive customer, you only pay for services arranged by ALD Road Service, such as towing, rental car, continued travel or accommodation. When you prepare an accident report if your trip was interrupted, car service insurance covers towing to the nearest brand repair shop in most cases.
Most makes offer a make-specific road service. In this case, you should primarily contact the service number of your make. Check your car manual to identify whether or not your make has a separate road service.
